As Project Manager, Abel oversees a variety of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. His ability to manage teams, coordinate resources, and solve challenges as they arise makes him a key leader in the company. Abel’s extensive background in the field allows him to guide projects from the planning phase all the way through to completion, providing clients with seamless and reliable service.

Outside of work, Abel enjoys exploring new innovations in irrigation technology and landscape design, further enhancing his expertise.

Parker Fillmore is the Owner of Hot Shot Repairs, bringing 29 years of specialized experience in sprinkler repair and installation. With a total of 43 years in the industry, Parker’s journey in irrigation began at just 12 years old, when he completed his first system installation.

Parker pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Utah, complementing his educational background with an MBA from Westminster College. Although his professional career is centered around irrigation, his passion for landscape design and creating beautiful outdoor spaces is also a major part of his life. He enjoys transforming outdoor areas into inviting spaces for people to gather and connect.

When he’s not at work, Parker spends his time working on his vintage International Scout, traveling, and cherishing moments with his family. His extensive experience and love for the outdoors have made him a trusted name in the industry, dedicated to providing high-quality services and enriching his customers' outdoor environments.

Abraham Avilla is a seasoned Lead Irrigation Technician at Hot Shot Repairs, bringing 6 years of experience to the team, with 5 of those years spent at Hot Shot Repairs. Specializing in valve replacement and repair, Abraham is particularly skilled in servicing and replacing stop waste valves, running new irrigation lines, and quickly identifying and fixing system leaks.
