Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair was very professional and completed a difficult repair very quickly. I would use them again without reservation.
I told them what I needed done, they completed it quickly, professionally, and in a timely manner. They even checked to make sure everything else outside I asked for looked good and came back telling me everything looked great and I was good to go. On their way out I let them know the electronic box confused me and they stopped and explained to me how everything works when they weren't required too. Very appreciative of them and will use again if any issues come up in the future.

I am adjusting my review from 3 starts to 5. I previously had an unpleasant experience back in April with the company, but now in October it is under new management and they resolved the issue. Workers were an hour late but I assume the work was done as requested. I was late for an appt. so didn't get to watch the work being done.

Scheduling was easy and quick, and the associate in the office could not have been more kind. Migo was assigned to repair a piping problem, and he was efficient, personable, and professional.
