There was a small problem with the with the sprinkler timer but hot shot sprinkler was quick to remedy the problem. I would recommend this company. Very happy with this service .

My sprinkler system was installed by someone else, but not set up. There was a leak I didn't know how to shut off. The Hot Shots figured everything out and fixed the problem.

I have used Hot Shot a few times over the past few years and their work is exemplary. They know how to repair or replace perfectly, hardly disturbing the landscape. Had them replace my main street shut off valve a year ago and it is now better than ever. This trip was a manifold which I feel was a big job, but they had it replaced in little time and of course better than ever before. Professional, courteous, fair prices, and they leave it finished perfectly. Great warranty behind their work too. If you worry about finding an honest reliable sprinkler repair give these guys a try. The leak near my sprinklers was pretty bad since it had some plants covering it up. They came and drained the water away and found the leak and repaired it. They did a great job and repaired the leak quickly. Thanks!!! C R Meldrum

Wow, where have these guys been all my life?! I’ve had someone else helping with my sprinklers for many many years. He’s a a great guy but I had to move on. He started something a year ago and still it wasn’t finished. We just couldn’t seem to get it right. I noticed how nice my neighbor’s yard looked and saw their sprinklers on and how well they were working. He told me about Hot Shot. I called and they were able to get here in two days. The guys were one time, very polite and worked quickly. No more daily hand watering!! Very very pleased with the work!

I called the office and Reese got me scheduled with the guys for the next day! The guys came out and got my sprinklers dialed in. They suggested I have Parker come out to help me make my yard more water efficient and remove old flower beds filled with weeds. Jeri got Parker to come out and he created an amazing design! Not cheap but worth it.

He was punctual and worked hard. He found the problem and showed it to me. Damage to the power line from my control box to the valve box was in multiple areas so splicing wouldn't work. He needed to replace the line. He moved it further from the driveway where more damage could occur. He tested the sprinkler system. He noticed two other problem areas where broken pipes were located without digging. He showed me. Last summer, I knew one area had a leak. I asked if he had time to deal with those two areas. He did. He showed me the damaged pipes due to root damage. He warned that my big tree would continue to damage the pipes.

We are so impressed with the quick and professional service that was provided. We have had 2 companies out to trouble shoot our sprinkler system with no solution after the visit. We were almost discouraged but we're told to try Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair and I am so glad we did because in an hour and a half, not only did they find the problem, but they fixed it! We highly recommend!
