He was punctual and worked hard. He found the problem and showed it to me. Damage to the power line from my control box to the valve box was in multiple areas so splicing wouldn't work. He needed to replace the line. He moved it further from the driveway where more damage could occur. He tested the sprinkler system. He noticed two other problem areas where broken pipes were located without digging. He showed me. Last summer, I knew one area had a leak. I asked if he had time to deal with those two areas. He did. He showed me the damaged pipes due to root damage. He warned that my big tree would continue to damage the pipes.

We are so impressed with the quick and professional service that was provided. We have had 2 companies out to trouble shoot our sprinkler system with no solution after the visit. We were almost discouraged but we're told to try Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair and I am so glad we did because in an hour and a half, not only did they find the problem, but they fixed it! I am so impressed with the job Adrian and Alfredo did fixing my sprinkler system. They had to completely rework two stations and raise and fix multiple sprinklers. They completed this big job in a day and a half. Now my sprinklers reach all of my grass and saves me hours trying to hand water all the dry places. Thank you for doing a fantastic job! Called in at the 11th hour to repair a sprinkler manifold that defied prior repair attempts. In 3 hours, they completely rebuilt the system with new parts throughout, leaving only the patio to be repaired. We are so grateful.
