Excellent service from both the dispatcher and the on-site technicians. They disclosed the price up front, it was fair, and they kept us apprised of the progress along the way. Second time using them, and we'll definitely call them again if we have a sprinkler service or repair need.

When you have a small job that needs done quickly it is almost impossible to get the work done and have it done right. Few sprinkler companies even answer the phone and then when they find out it’s a small job they say they will get back to you tomorrow or next week. HOWEVER , HOT SHOTS SPRINKLERS answered the phone, scheduled the appointment for the next day, showed up on time, fixed the problem and were friendly and competent! I love doing business with people like that. I absolutely will call them again!!

The sprinkler tech, Russell, and his assistant were so helpful on my walkthrough. I expected costly repairs and other issues but he ran through each station with me and there were no issues.
