The agents were friendly and helpful with today’s project, however, The first time I was billed, I questioned the amount I was paying, although the amount was explained to me, I still think it was to much!

Hot Shot was very fast and professional handling a major sprinkler system repair for me. It wasn’t cheap, but I knew something that significant would cost, and for the amount of work they put into it, and the successful outcome, it was absolutely worth it. In particular, they charge by the hour and they didn’t waste a minute of their time on the job. Would definitely go back to them in the future. (Maybe worth noting, for those who care, that I discovered them via advertising on X96 RFH.)

These two young men did an exceptional job of bringing my problem riddled sprinkler system back in line. They were knowledgeable and very efficient. I have a pretty large yard with many stations these two men repaired and replaced all my troubled sprinklers. Then they set the timer to water the proper amount for each station. I am confident that this will be a trouble free season for my yard. As an added bonus they were friendly curious and informative. We use Hot Shot for winterization and start-up every year. They’re reliable and fast, and their pricing for those services is fair. We also just had Erik and Alexis come out to do some repairs, and they were very thorough and great to work with. My only complaint is that Hot Shot’s pricing for additional work is outrageous (e.g. $25 for a $5 sprinkler nozzle). There is a convenience factor since they’re already there and can complete the repairs quickly, but be warned. To the owners: we would use you more often if your prices didn’t feel like highway robbery!

I’m adding a more recent review to the beginning of this post. Once again 5 Star work, this time from Alexis and Eric. They provided excellent work and were professional and knowledgable. They were able to resolve a number of issues and did so efficiently and with excellent communication skills. Our technician, Adrian was great. We ran through all the problems. He helped diagnose and dealt with all the problems by replacing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers.
