Update 5/19/25: Within an hour of posting this review, Parker from Hot Shot called me personally to work this out. He was able to squeeze me in and got me taken care of. I'm going to leave the original review below this for context, but I fully recommend giving Hot Shot a try. Thanks, Hot Shot! Original review: I have used Hot Shot for multiple project over the last 2 and a half years. Their work has always been great. However, this year (2025) I called them, texted them, and emailed them and Hot Shot has yet to reply to me in any form. I understand a phone call/email falling through the cracks, but three separate times within two weeks? Unacceptable. Get this, tho. They sent me a link to leave a review as if the work had been scheduled, performed, and completed. So I'm taking them up on their offer. Here's your one star review.

Russell and Luis did an outstanding job fixing the drip line. They ran the line to 6 additional flower pots. Very professional and great knowledge and background. We are very pleased. Five star work.

Good services , fast and affordable

We have used Hot Shots before and the guys were great. But today Russell and Louise worked hard and fast and we could not be more pleased. I would use these guys again in a New York second. They knowledgeable and professional and took care of quite a mess in our sprinkling system. I give these two guys easy six stars. Yeah I gave you six stars is that a lot so yeah so I'm going to get

Had Russel and Luis out today and they did a great job. Sprinkler issues are a sign of spring and I keep going back to these guys every year. These folks are great. They are very responsive, can usually get to your issue quickly and do good work. Not the cheapest you can find but they do a quality job and stand behind their work so I view it as a great value.

Russell and Louis from Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair came this morning to repair a buried sprinkler pipe that had broken. They explained why the elbow in the pipe broke and completed the repair in just short of an hour. They did an excellent job to return the disturbed grass back to its original appearance. They have great personalities and were a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair for any sprinkler related work. I have used Hot Shot on several occasions and have been very pleased. They are now my 'go to' sprinkler repair company.

Russell and Luis came out in the rain, on time (7 AM) and diagnosed the issue quickly. When I mentioned a different company had suggested that my sprinkler box needed to be replaced, they assured me what was installed was fine and replacing it was unnecessary. They were incredibly helpful and professional. We will definitely be working with them in the future.
