The agents were friendly and helpful with today’s project, however, The first time I was billed, I questioned the amount I was paying, although the amount was explained to me, I still think it was to much!

We use Hot Shot for winterization and start-up every year. They’re reliable and fast, and their pricing for those services is fair. We also just had Erik and Alexis come out to do some repairs, and they were very thorough and great to work with. My only complaint is that Hot Shot’s pricing for additional work is outrageous (e.g. $25 for a $5 sprinkler nozzle). There is a convenience factor since they’re already there and can complete the repairs quickly, but be warned. To the owners: we would use you more often if your prices didn’t feel like highway robbery!

Our technician, Adrian was great. We ran through all the problems. He helped diagnose and dealt with all the problems by replacing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers. We added on additional work, which he did well and without hesitation. We would use Hot shots and be happy to have Adrian back again. Thank you.

Great service tec came on time to fix a broken pipe. He explained the process and the cost up front. He was very efficient and cleaned up the area. He also made adjustments to other spots that had poor coverage. First repair in 8 years. So glad I called.

I highly recommend this company! I originally called them out to check on a water leak. Alex and Eric showed up on time and quickly found the source of the problem. Not only that — while they were inspecting the system, they noticed I had an extra valve that wasn’t connected to my programmed zones. I didn’t even realize there were sprinklers for that section of my yard! Alex was incredibly friendly throughout the visit, and Eric clearly knows his stuff — his expertise showed with every step. They both took the time to patiently explain what they were finding and how the system worked, which I really appreciated since sprinkler systems aren’t something I know much about. Thanks to their help, everything is running perfectly now. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future sprinkler work!
