Initially I had them come to repair a couple broken sprinkler heads in the front yard, which they did. As the weather has progressed I noticed my back yard was having some dry spots, so I called had them come out again. Turns out, I had drip lines on the same valve as some sprinklers! They got it all straightened out! Friendly people like Reese answer the phone and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and professional Erik & Alexis were amazing!

Scheduling was super easy. Reese was amazing to talk to and was very helpful explaining all the details. The service was excellent and my yard looks amazing!

We've been in our new house and this is our first spring/summer with this sprinkler system. We had a broken back flow preventer, and purchased a new one but were hesitant to install it. We called yesterday and they came this morning. Two techs came out, Alexis and Eric, who have been amazing! They did the work quickly and when we asked were able to check the sprinkler system (which had not been part of the inital request for service). All in all it was about 2 hours worth of work and parts for the new nozzels and repairing some drip irrigations leaks. I am so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you both!

Update (5/20/26): I’ve used Hot Shots twice a year since 2023, and the employees who come to my home have always been professional, courteous, and reliable. The actual service work has consistently been good. This year, however, I was unexpectedly charged 40 days after the service was completed. When I called, I was told their accounting system had recently been updated and they were “cleaning things up.” While I understand system changes happen, charging customers more than a month later without warning isn’t a great experience — especially after receiving a $0 due invoice on the day of service, which indicated the balance had already been paid. To be clear, I did owe the balance and had no issue paying it. My concern was that the charge should have been processed on the day of service or clearly communicated in advance. The company has since reached out and apologized for the experience, which I genuinely appreciated. The service itself has always been solid, and I’m hopeful this was simply a one-time billing issue.

Hot Shot is an amazing company: professional, reliable and prompt. Not only were Parker and his team knowledgeable and competent, Parker has a gift for design and my new garden and lawn layout is the most beautiful I've ever had at a home. The office team is just as good -- Geri will know you by name after the first call and is a firecracker. Five stars all around.

I contacted Hot Shot because I needed to replace a leaking master valve. They quoted me a reasonable price and stuck to that price even though the project was more involved and time-consuming than they'd originally estimated. Adrian and Alfredo were happy to explain things to me as they progressed through the task. They stayed late and came in on a weekend to complete the project. When I reached out to the office to confirm things, the call taker was easy to understand and courteous.

Colton helped me out today and winterized my setup. Appreciate you guys and thank you for showing me some stuff as well. Will continue to use this service as it’s professional and gets the job done! Thanks guys.

I told them what I needed done, they completed it quickly, professionally, and in a timely manner. They even checked to make sure everything else outside I asked for looked good and came back telling me everything looked great and I was good to go. On their way out I let them know the electronic box confused me and they stopped and explained to me how everything works when they weren't required too. Very appreciative of them and will use again if any issues come up in the future. Edit: Used them again. Same level of service. Will use them again in the spring.
