After a long drive to Lehi (from Syracuse), Alex and Eric arrived and assessed my problematic sprinkler valve(s). After 18 years of service, it definitely needed attention (i.e.repair). For a hot afternoon, they went right to work. What initially looked like a quick fix turned into some work about tree root removal (no one ever told me that willow trees NEVER stop growing!). Undaunted, they knew what to do, had the equipment to do it, and completed the job under 90 minutes. From the quality of their work, I expect the system to go another 18 years. Thanks guys! Diego has done sprinkler work for me three times now and has been very friendly and efficient. I struggle a little due to language to understand all that he says. No real interaction with the second worker.

The agents were friendly and helpful with today’s project, however, The first time I was billed, I questioned the amount I was paying, although the amount was explained to me, I still think it was to much!
Hot Shot was very fast and professional handling a major sprinkler system repair for me. It wasn’t cheap, but I knew something that significant would cost, and for the amount of work they put into it, and the successful outcome, it was absolutely worth it. In particular, they charge by the hour and they didn’t waste a minute of their time on the job. Would definitely go back to them in the future. (Maybe worth noting, for those who care, that I discovered them via advertising on X96 RFH.)

These two young men did an exceptional job of bringing my problem riddled sprinkler system back in line. They were knowledgeable and very efficient. I have a pretty large yard with many stations these two men repaired and replaced all my troubled sprinklers. Then they set the timer to water the proper amount for each station. I am confident that this will be a trouble free season for my yard. As an added bonus they were friendly curious and informative. They explained all the work they needed to do and answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend their services for and of your yard care needs.
