Called Hot Shot to correct some issues with our lawn sprinkler system. They showed up within 5 minutes of the appointment time. We discussed the issues and they checked it out. They quickly saw the major problem with one defective sprinkler head and made the repair. I requested they review and correct the spray pattern of the entire system. Each pattern was corrected as needed. A couple of sprinkler heads were replaced. All in all Parker and crew made improvements to the entire system. We will use them again when problems arise.

We contacted Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair & Landscape late afternoon on October 16, 2024, with a request to blow-out and shut down our sprinkler system. We were pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the next day between 8:00-10:00 AM. After making the appointment we received a confirmation text message within fifteen minutes. The day of arrival we received a text message from Adrian and Juan confirming they were enroute to our home. Upon arrival on time, they greeted us, answered our questions and completed the work in a timely manner. They were both friendly, professional, knowledgeable and represented your company well.

I love Hot Shots! We have been using them since 2018. At first their hourly rate (and they always have two working) sounds expensive but they work so quickly that the expense of a job is more than reasonable. I wish they would branch out into other plumbing work!
