I am adjusting my review from 3 starts to 5. I previously had an unpleasant experience back in April with the company, but now in October it is under new management and they resolved the issue. I cannot praise Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair enough! From booking the appointment to completion of the repair, everyone in the office and in the field were CHAMPS. Scheduling was easy and quick, and the associate in the office could not have been more kind. Migo was assigned to repair a piping problem, and he was efficient, personable, and professional. The repair was done quickly and brilliantly....and I was extremely pleased with the cost. I would recommend Hot Shot Sprinkler in a heartbeat!
